Attendance without a clipboard you lose.

Pick the gathering date. It opens on the worship day you chose, Sunday or Saturday. Tick who was there. The list is the people on the roll who are not marked inactive. A button marks everyone present when the room is full and you only need to uncheck a few names.

Weekly totals are calculated in the app, not typed in. Each recorded gathering belongs to a Monday–Sunday week. A midweek gathering adds into the same week. You see how many gatherings you logged and how many people were marked present.

A member or regular attender is flagged after they miss every gathering in each of the last three weeks you recorded. Two weeks is not enough history, so a new roll does not scold anyone. Gatherings before a person’s membership date do not count. Visitors are not flagged this way. They show up when a follow-up is still open, or when a first-visit date has no task yet.

The same care list shows birthdays and anniversaries in the current month, and again across the next 30 days when a date falls in the next month. That is the pastoral list: who is celebrating, who has been gone, and which visitors still need a call.

Attendance is part of the free roll of 25 people. It is stored with the rest of the roll and is not public.
