Free church directory template

A directory sheet grouped by household.

A useful church directory is short. Group people who live together, then list a name, a phone, an email, and an address. Birthdays, if you include them, can be the month and day. Notes, giving, and counseling details do not belong on a sheet that gets left on a table.

The blank sheet below is free to print. It is a paper template, not your church’s names. Church Member Manager keeps the real roll private. The free account holds 25 people inside the app. Printing that filled roll, and moving it in or out as a CSV, comes with the $29 church unlock or the $79 lifetime unlock.

When the roll is unlocked, the printable directory uses this same shape and fills it from the people you already entered. Inactive people are left off. The page is not a public link. You have to be signed in to open it.

The CSV uses these columns: name, household, phone, email, address, birthday, anniversary, baptism date, membership date, status, groups, notes, and first visit. Import matches an existing person by email, or by name and household when the email is blank. It adds people until the cap and does not delete anyone who is missing from the file.
