Most small churches do not need a platform. They need one list: who is in the household, how to reach them, when they were baptized, and which small group or ministry they are part of. Church Member Manager is that list, on a phone, with large buttons.
Each person has a name, household, phone, email, address, birthday, anniversary, baptism date, membership date, and a short note. Status is one of four words: member, regular attender, visitor, or inactive. Inactive people stay on the roll and drop off the printed directory and the gathering checklist.

This roll is private to the email you sign in with. Names, attendance, and notes stay on that account. They are not a public directory, and another church cannot open them.
The free roll holds 25 people and includes the care list, attendance, groups, and visitor follow-up. $29 once raises the cap to 300 and adds a printable directory plus CSV import and export. $79 lifetime removes the cap. Worship can be Sunday or Saturday. Nothing here assumes a denomination.
