Church Member Manager

Flock

For a small church

The roll, the gathering, and who to call this week.

Church Member Manager is a simple list for the person who keeps it — a pastor, a secretary, or a volunteer. Households, attendance, birthdays, and visitor follow-up live on one private account.

Nothing here is written by AI. Your records are yours.

This roll is private to the email you sign in with. Names, attendance, and notes stay on that account. They are not a public directory, and another church cannot open them.

  1. 1. Sign in

Use an email and a passphrase. The roll opens only for that account.

  2. 2. Add people

Name, household, phone, and whether they are a member, a regular attender, a visitor, or inactive.

  3. 3. Mark the gathering

Choose Sunday or Saturday, then tick who was there. The care list shows birthdays, visitors, and who has been missing.

Questions

Is this tied to one denomination?
No. It says church, member, household, and visitor. Worship can be Sunday or Saturday. It does not assume a tradition.
Can the congregation see the roll?
No. Every read and write asks for the signed-in account. There is no public page of names.
What does “missed three weeks” mean?
It looks at the last three weeks that have a gathering recorded, and only at members and regular attenders. Gatherings before a person’s membership date do not count against them.
